How Do I Know if my Order has been Placed Successfully?  

You will get an automatic confirmation email at your registered email address with your order number and details. If you haven't received the same, kindly check your spam folder. Once the order has dispatched from our warehouse, you will get receive notifications via email and SMS with the dispatch details and tracking ID to follow up your shipment.  

How Long does it Take for an Order to get Delivered?  

All our standard orders ship within 5-7 business days, and all our express orders ship with 3-4 business days. After an order is dispatched, it can take anywhere between 1-4 business days to get delivered. The ETA may differ based on delivery location and the shipping method you've selected.  

How Do I Return an Item?  

If your item has all tags and labels attached, remains unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and is within our 15 day return period, you can place a return request through the following link: https://leaclothingco.returnscenter.com/

Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received it, and our team will automatically process the amount as Store Credit in your Lea Account. If no exception with your return is faced your request will be processed within 2-3 working days.

How Do I Exchange an Item?  

If your item has all tags and labels attached, remains unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and is within our 15 day exchange period, you can place an exchange request through the following link: https://leaclothingco.returnscenter.com/

 Once we receive your return item(s) and our backend team has inspected it, we will send you an email to confirm the same. Our backend team will ship your exchange upon receiving your return, and you’ll receive the tracking ID via email. 

Do you ship Internationally?  

Yes, we ship worldwide! You can click here for to check the rates for the same.  

Do you Offer Customization?  

Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer any customization services.  

I haven't received my item. What can I do?

If you haven't received an item you have ordered, you can check the order status through our website by logging into your account. You'll be able to get the exact status of your order, and if it has been shipped, the tracking details as well!
